The Lennox Island Mi’kmaq Culture Centre is a quick 12-minute drive from Tyne Valley in the Lennox Island First Nation Community. The culture centre is an excellent place to learn more about the area’s rich Indigenous history, and Chief Darlene Bernard welcomes visitors to enjoy traditional Mi’kmaq food, take part in Mi’kmaq crafts and listen to stories by elders in the community.
The Lennox Island Mi’kmaq Culture Centre is an excellent destination for anyone looking to gain a deeper insight into the culture and history of the community.
