The Saugeen River Trail was built on the old railway line that used to run in the 1800s. The trail is open all year long and is a multi-use trail that is 5.5 km with a loop.
It provides visitors with a scenic view of the Saugeen River as well as a peaceful and calm retreat. The trail is also home to various animals, such as rabbits, birds, and turtles. Given its geography, the trail is not difficult, making it an event for a family with children to partake in.
You can use the trail to walk, hike, cycle, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Take your family and friends to this trail to enjoy some quality time surrounded by nature!
