The second weekend in August

The Sutton Fair is the weekend after the Civic/Provincial holiday. There is plenty to see and do at the Sutton Fair, from Demo Derby, Tractor Pull, Horse and Sheep Shows, a Fabulous Midway and many other attractions and entertainment.

In the 1850s, Sutton was a thriving town, joining the two boundaries of North Gwillimbury and Georgina, making it the perfect location for the annual one-day October Fair. By 1857 the Fair had increased to a yearly two-day event.
