Alfred Bog Walk

Alfred Bog Walk is a beautiful nature boardwalk among thriving wildlife. During the day, bird enthusiasts will glimpse birds like the European Starling, Dunlin, Snow Goose and many more species. With a unique ecosystem, plant life could not get any better for botanists.

During certain seasons this short walk is host to one of the most southerly herds of moose.

Marina de Lefaivre

If fishing is your game, then Marina de Lefaivre is for you. The marina itself may be small, but the fish is not. Whether you are a novice fisherman or an experienced angler, this dock on the Ottawa River has something for everyone. Those wanting to show off their fishing skills need to watch announcements for tournaments hosted at this location.

Let us not forget the boat owners, the territory here has launch points and plenty of access to water! Marina de Lefaivre has wonderful opportunities to enjoy a hot summer day or a peaceful fishing trip on the river. The high seasons here last from June to September and are usually closed beginning in October.
