Belvedere du Vieux Black Lake is a lake that developed in a mining site. The lake contains a lookout overseeing the entirety of Black Lake and offering an amazing view of the mining facilities. Information tablets are also present, describing the history of Black Lake and going into detail about the discovery of asbestos in the area and early mining days.

Entry to the lookout is free of charge and can be entered at any time of day.
