Salt Cave Natural Relief Centre

Bolton also provides the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploration: halotherapy. Halotherapy is a therapeutic practice that imitates the experience of being in a salt cave. As you inhale the salt, it travels through your respiratory tract and provides antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, among other benefits.

At Salt Cave Natural Relief Centre, the halotherapy service uses Himalayan salt. The therapy consists of an hour of sitting in a simulated salt cave in a zero gravity chair. Alongside halotherapy, the centre offers other relaxation services, including a float pod, an infrared sauna, and a detox lounge. For a unique healing experience, add Salt Cave Natural Relief Centre to your itinerary!
