Carl Pelletier established the Gaspé firm Couleur Chocolat in 2008. The chocolatier has established a chocolate factory in his own country. A few years later, Paule, her daughter, began working for the business. Couleur Chocolat sells high-quality goods that are crafted with love. The delicate bits, tablets, and chocolate bars made with many plants from the peninsula evoke the scenery of Paule’s native Gaspésie. Spreads, caramels, marshmallow brooms, magic balls, and other confections are also produced by Couleur Chocolat.
