A historical attraction that invites visitors to explore the early fur trade in Alberta. Activities, interactive museum galleries, and guided tours are all available.

It was inaugurated in 1992.  The area where the Buckingham house previously stood can also be explored.  Archaeologists have also created perimeters so that visitors can see where historical events took place thanks to the building construction remnants they have discovered.
