Montcalm Gallery

Would your friends call you an art connoisseur? Check out Montcalm Gallery for all your art exhibit needs.

The gallery features exhibits from a variety of different artists and periods. One of their current exhibitions is from an artist who uses inspiration from H.P Lovecraft’s writing to mixing with French techniques and creates amazing art. Creative experiences like this are always present at the gallery, and I would highly suggest that any visitor or resident in the city check it out.

Statue of Maurice Richard

Hockey fans and Canadian history buffs will enjoy this statue in memory of Maurice Richard. Richard “the Rocket” played his NHL career on the Montreal Canadiens, and he played in 8 Stanley Cup series during his time. Regarded highly in hockey and Canadian history, Richard transcended and defined what it means to be a true hockey player. He was the first to score 50 goals in 50 games.

Definitely, something to check out within Gatineau as it resides in Jacques-Cartier Park.
