Craft distillery, cocktail bar, and restaurant built inside the old Crofter’s Jam Factory on the Seguin River in downtown Parry Sound.
Local couple Raymond and Susan Boyden transformed 15,000 square feet of history into a working distillery where Master Distiller Andrii Svyrydov produces small-batch whiskeys, vodkas, and gins — including a popular Watermelon Vodka and Nutski Peanut Butter Whisky.
Upstairs, a post-and-beam restaurant with a bar carved from a single white pine opens onto a stunning 1,500-square-foot deck overlooking the river and Parry Sound’s iconic CPR trestle bridge. Every bottle is filled, labelled, and boxed by hand. Stop by the retail shop to sample and bring a little legend home with you.
