An excellent resource for travellers and locals, the Longlac Visitor Information Centre can assist in answering questions and making recommendations related to work, activities, and tourism. The facility contains several information desks, picnic tables and a skate park. The centre also possesses two well-known tugboat statues that are beautiful to observe.

Amenities such as washrooms and free wifi are also available.
