The Mineralogical Museum in Abitibi-Témiscamingue is a place of conservation, interpretation, education, and diffusion. It highlights the geological and mining inheritance of the region, the mineralogy of Quebec, Canada, and the international one.

Promenade des Arts

The Promenade is a walking and cycling path featuring Abitibi works of art created by different artists of the region: Jacques Baril, Diane Auger, Jim Couture, Christian Leduc and Patrick Bernèche, Danielle Boutin Turgeon, and Carole Wagner. This art exhibition showcases some of the local pride which embellishes Malartic’s spaces.

4 Seasons Trail Canadian Malartic Mine

Outdoor enthusiasts in Malartic now have access to a 7-kilometre multifunctional trail between the two municipalities. The trail is accessible to cycling, hiking and cross-country skiing enthusiasts.

Several rest areas have been set up along the trail to allow users to take a short break during their journey. One of these rest areas is a superb shelter made from reclaimed white pine. Be sure to take in this natural treat during your visit!

Malartic Public Market

The Public Market in Malartic is a gathering place for the Malartic population and tourists alike, providing a jovial atmosphere and facilitating interaction between the citizens of the city and the local producers. The market gives visitors a chance to taste the delicious, locally produced food in Malartic, allowing one to experiment with the regional palate.

The market is located along the bicycle path and right next to the Osisko Stadium, making it easy for the curious to come and visit. The site has permanent installations with about ten locations that allow us to offer a diversified range of products to the population of Malartic. Meglab Theater

The Meglab Theater hosts many different shows in Malartic; its modern stage design and technical equipment allow the theatre to accommodate productions of all types. Malartic Regional Camping

Less than two kilometres from downtown, Camping Régional de Malartic offers a peaceful environment. Even those not equipped for camping can come and enjoy the 4-star site. Four cottages, with a capacity of six people, are available for rent. Even if you don’t sleep at the campground, you can come and enjoy its facilities and visit friends for a daily fee.

Stay and enjoy the Heated pool and wading pool, various water games, play modules, and the snack bar! There are also basketball, shuffleboard, iron games, petanque, soccer, and beach volleyball facilities.
