CIME Haut-Richelieu

CIME Haut-Richelieu is a mountainous green area popularly known for its hiking trails. The well-kept hiking trails are rustic and feature wooden structures where you can have an outlook on the town of Mont-Saint-Gregoire and surrounding areas.

The altitude of the trails stays at a moderate level, with the highest being about 251 metres above sea level. The geological formulation of the area makes the trails not too physically demanding, creating an appropriate level of difficulty for beginner hikers. La Montérégiade

La Route Verte is the longest bike trail in North America at an astounding 5 300 kilometres in length.

La Montérégiade is a distinct section of La Route Verte that runs through Mont-Saint-Grégoire and measures about 48 kilometres long.

While visiting Mont-Saint-Grégoire, seeing how much of La Montérégiade you can complete makes for a good challenge. Make sure to pack lots of water to stay hydrated, sunscreen to avoid getting sunburnt, and food so you can enjoy a nice picnic at the end of all your hard work!

Other than the obvious option of biking, there are so many other activities to partake in, such as hiking, birdwatching, or even camping on the route. Visit with your family for a couple of hours to unwind and relax.

In addition to fruit picking, Denis Charbonneau Vergers et Cidrerie has other attractions, including a gourmet store and an onsite creperie. The gourmet store offers a variety of products, such as farm goods, gourmet gifts, dishes, map syrup, juices, ciders, and freshly baked goods, including pies and apple fritters.
