Prairie Tractor & Engine Museum

Prairie Tractor and Engine Museum is largely made up of the pioneer village of Coyote Flats, tractor collections and machine collections.

The Village of Coyote Flats houses three homes, a train station, a garage, a post office, a church, a school, a butcher shop, a barn, a fire station and a jail. The large vintage tractor and machine collections include various artifacts and farming equipment. The museum also offers guided tours for visitors and hosts various annual events like the Anniversary Tea, Spring Tractor Pull, Show & Shine and Harvest Days.

Open from May to September, this museum is a great place to immerse yourself in the town’s past and culture.

Cattlemen’s Chophouse

Cor Van Raay Aquatic Center

Recently renovated, the Cor Van Raay Aquatic Center is the go-to spot for residents to kick back and relax on a hot summer day. Open seasonally during the summer months, the aquatic center is home to a pool with new change rooms and lockers, a 52-meter waterslide, a 3-meter diving board, a beach entry pool and a designated diving area with swim lanes.

Rain or shine, the Cor Van Raay Aquatic Center is the hot spot for families.

Picture Butte Campground

Here at the Picture Butte Campground, experience family camping at its best. The campground, located in the Northern area of the town near the Picture Butte Lake Reservoir, is a camper’s delight. The ground is surrounded by wildlife and steps away from the Walk-on-the-Wildside nature trail, where visitors can walk, hike or simply go bird watching. Other activities also include fishing in the reservoir.

The Harry Watson Memorial Park is ideal for allowing your creativity to flow.
