Wondering if the hydroelectric generating plant allows visitors. It’s one of the oldest generating plants in Canada – it was constructed in 1898. And one of very few of that vintage that is still functional.

It was Newfoundland’s first hydroelectric generating plant. Interesting looking building from the outside.
