Separated by a freshwater outlet, Roseway and Round Bay beaches are great places to visit during the Summer in Nova Scotia. These white-sandy beaches are at least a kilometre long, making them the perfect place to enjoy a picnic in the sun or a walk along the water.

During a low tide, the shallow coastal water heats up, and it is a great place to go for a swim or paddle. The area is home to a diverse ecosystem of plants, birds and wildlife, including the endangered Piping plover.

These beaches constantly change throughout the year, thanks to tides and ocean currents shaping the bay. At certain times of the year, when water levels are lowest, guests can walk across the channel.
