lake and cove park

The Venus Cove Park presents an unrivalled view of the Strait of Canso from a new perspective.

The park has a bandstand that has hosted many musical acts over the past number of years. The park itself is home to many activities during the annual Scotia Days Festival in July. Come and enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch at the park and stroll over the road to the Mulgrave Heritage Center for an afternoon of historical fare.
