Sir Donald Mann was a Canadian railway baron, builder and entrepreneur. He contributed to building branch lines of the Canadian Northern Railway.

Mann was born in 1853 in Acton, Canada West (now Ontario).

He died at the age of 81 and was buried at Fairview Cemetery in Acton.
