Smallwood Acres was built in 1960 on 30 acres of land. Smallwood Acres is a campground that is adjacent to Fairy lake. The campgrounds have many amenities like a laundromat, pool, playground, washrooms and free showers, firewood for sale, a rec hall with pool tables, an air hockey table and vending machines.

The campground is only open from Victoria Day weekend to Thanksgiving weekend. They also host many events like Christmas in July, Halloween in August, crafts, dances/karaoke, darts, card tournaments and bingo. A huge campground to stay in with a nice overlooking view of the lake.
