Historic Fire Station

Old Markdale Fire Hall was built in 1913 by the Village of Markdale.

It is now Marilynne – a  farm-focused restaurant. Executive chef and owner Brandon Bannon descended from early pioneers in this area. The newly renovated interior is filled with historical pictures, posters, and an enormous collection of antique dishes and cookware. There is also an outdoor patio beside a historic Markdale train station mural.
