Two Hills Heritage Park

The main attraction at this quaint park is the two life-like statues donated to the town by the local Dowhaniuk family in 1992. The breathtaking pieces of art, carved by John Weaver, were meant to serve as a tribute to the grandparents and parents of the Dowhaniuk family.

However, there is also an underlying meaning to them. They pay tribute to all pioneers of the Two Hills area. It is a great spot to relax, enjoy the small town atmosphere and take a peek into its rich history.

Two Hills Pond

Located in the Southern part of town, this pond is an excellent spot for recreational fishing. The pond is only open during the day and can only be accessed by foot. As no fish are living in the pond naturally, the Alberta Conservation Association stocks the Two Hills pond with trout. The restocking takes place annually, usually before the Victoria Day weekend in May. Ideally, the best time to go fishing is around when it is restocked.
