Famous CanadiansHistory

A small but meaningful museum celebrating the athletes who came from this corner of Saskatchewan. The centrepiece is the story of Arleene Johnson-Noga, but the collection honours other local athletes and community sporting achievements as well.

Located near the heritage grandstand, it’s a natural companion stop. Together with the grandstand and the Heritage Minute story, it makes a compelling case that small-town Canada has always produced outsized talent.

A reminder that the woman who became the best third baseman in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League grew up five miles south of a town of 400 people on the Saskatchewan prairie.
