On the first Thursday of every month, the Castor Farmers’ Market brings out locally sourced produce, baked goods, crafts, and homemade specialties. It’s a gathering point for the community and a wonderful way to taste what the region grows.
Between market days, the town’s main street has a few gems worth visiting. The Opportunity Shop and Wildflower Rustix offer unique finds, and Sweet Home On Main is a local favourite for a bite. Cornucopia stocks local products and gifts.
It’s a main street that rewards a slow stroll and a willingness to wander in.
